Dr Manuj Gokul

Founder-led. Education-grounded. Impact-focused.

Lead Beyond Horizons was founded by Dr Manuj Gokul, an experienced educator, leadership practitioner, coach, and scholar with more than four decades of experience across South Africa and Australia. His service includes leadership and teaching in government and independent school settings. Dr Gokul’s leadership experience includes roles such as Dean of Pedagogy and Performance, Deputy Principal, Head of Curriculum, and Head of Department. His work focuses on strengthening instructional clarity, developing leadership capability, supporting school improvement, and embedding consistent, high-impact classroom practice.
